Call 4 Health, a leading medical call center, signed a 10-year, 14,500-square-foot lease at 2855 South Congress Avenue, a free-standing building located within Delray Corporate Center. The call center relocated from Boca Raton due to lack of space and parking to accommodate its expansion needs.  The company will be employing 200 people at the new location. Chad Presnell of Mizner Grand Realty represented the Tenant in the lease deal.

United World Telecom, a Reliable Telecom Service partner, signed a 5,350-square-foot relocation and expansion lease deal for 5 years located at 3333 South Congress Avenue. The tenant is relocating from 551 SE 8th Street in Delray Beach. Deveau Montella was the only broker involved in the transaction.

Delray Corporate Center is comprised of 150,000 square feet of office and flex/warehouse space, located just 1/2 mile from a  dedicated I-95 on/off ramp near the former Office Depot headquarters, which moved from Delray Beach to a larger facility in Boca Raton in late 2008.
