Levy Realty Advisors has been awarded the exclusive right to manage and lease Palmetto Lakes Shopping Center, a ±227,000-square-foot retail center located at the intersection of Red Road and the Palmetto Expressway in Miami Gardens at 5500 NW 167 Street, along with 5 industrial buildings totaling 300,000 square feet in the Palmetto Lakes Industrial Park located just south of the shopping center.

Home Depot

Levy Realty Advisors recently completed a $100,000 renovation of the retail plaza, anchored by Home Depot, Big Lots, AT& T, Wendy’s, Enterprise and BB &T Bank, with more capital improvements planned for both the retail as well as the industrial buildings.

Palmetto Lakes Industrial

This new assignment puts Levy Realty Advisors’ total management portfolio at approximately 3,565,000 square feet and marks the company’s first presence in Miami-Dade County, a goal of Levy Realty Advisors COO Joshua Levy.

Joshua Levy

Joshua Levy was appointed COO of the company in 2018. He is a CCIM Candidate and part of the NAIOP National Developing Leaders Program. A graduate of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Florida State University, Joshua has a background in economics and project management. He is also on the Board of Directors for The Advocacy Project, a non-profit organization that supports economic and social development for poverty stricken communities worldwide.
