Levy Realty Advisors’ Broker and President Alan Levy represented the Buyer in the purchase of Boca Commercial Industrial Center, located at 990 S. Rogers Circle in Boca Raton.

990 S. Rogers Circle, LLC purchased the 123,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility from 990 South Rogers Circle Associates, LLC for $12,400,000.

CBRE’s Christian Lee, Jose Lobon and Jeff Kelly represented the Seller in the transaction.

“The Seller required a quick closing due to loan maturity and we were able to negotiate and execute a contract on the Buyer’s behalf and close within just 25 days,” commented Levy.

Located in the South Congress Industrial Center on Rogers Circle, just south of the intersection of East Rogers Circle and Clint Moore Road. Boca Commercial Industrial Center is home to a number of high-profile tenants, including Ferguson Enterprises, ADT Security Services, Nature City, and Real Time Laboratories.

Levy has been awarded the exclusive right to manage and lease the newly acquired property.
