As exclusive agent for the Landlord, Levy Realty Advisors Broker and President Alan Levy, negotiated six leases totaling 15,000 square feet at Spectrum Office Building, an 80,000-square-foot office building located in Fort Lauderdale’s Uptown submarket at 4901 NW 17th Way in Fort Lauderdale.

The leases, which represent approximately 20% of the rentable space in the building, include:

  • An expansion and 5-year lease extension with Service Planning Corp. Adam Starr with Brenner Real Estate Group represented the tenant in the deal.
  • An expansion and 5-year extension with AJT Systems.
  • A new lease with Gordon Thomas and Associates, a business and life coaching and consulting firm.
  • A new lease with law firm La Cava and Jacobson, PA. Christopher M. Harak with Cresa Partners (which has since been acquired by JLL) represented the tenant in the deal.
  • A new lease with Metals USA. MJ Ridenour with Coldwell Banker, NRT represented the tenant in the deal.
  • A new lease with insurance agency Excelsior Benefits.

The deals bring the building to 80% occupancy.

Spectrum Office Park was built in 1999 and is located south of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport approximately 1 mile west of I-95 and 3 miles east of the Florida Turnpike on Commercial Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale
