One of the largest remaining development sites in Broward County has been put up for sale with an asking price of $37 million.

Colliers International South Florida’s Sal Bonsignore and Clinton Casey are marketing the 42-acre site at the northwest corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Lyons Road in Coconut Creek.

The property has zoning approval for 318,249 square feet of commercial development, including big box anchors of 171,069 square feet and 100,789 square feet and another retail building of 22,400 square feet.

The owner is willing to sell the property all at once, or piece by piece for $881,000 per acre, the broker said.

The property is owned by Coolidge Inc., a Coral Springs-based company managed by Celestino Diaz Lavie, Ana Maria D. Diaz, Celestino I. Fernandez, and Rodrigo D. Fernandez.
